CATTI口譯考試輔導（一）

數(shù)字口譯 - 概論1

數(shù)字口譯是CATTI考試中不可避免的內(nèi)容，數(shù)字口譯也是口譯考試時很容易失分的一項內(nèi)容，其對翻譯準確度有較高的要求。
記筆記時要采用自己熟悉的方式將數(shù)字轉(zhuǎn)化記錄下來，比如用“t”表示“thousand”，用“m”表示“million”，用“b”表示“billion”，用“t”表示“trillion”。原則就是方便使用且不易混淆。

除了記下數(shù)字本身以外，更重要的是要確保記住與數(shù)字有關(guān)的內(nèi)容。聽到的過程中注意一些提示詞匯，比如amount to，reach， equal to，increase by或者如volume，number，record等詞，這表明后面將有詞匯出現(xiàn)。相關(guān)表達如下：
達到：reach， peak at…
占%：account for, take up, constitute, make up
上升：rise, increase, climb, jump, skyrocket, augment, up
下降：fall, drop, decline, decrease, precipitate, down
穩(wěn)定/波動：level out/off, remain stable, fluctuate, stand/stay at.

幾十：some；a few; several; a number of
十幾個More than ten; over a dozen; less/no more than twenty
幾十個Dozens of
幾十年Decades
十幾歲In one’s teens
四十出頭A little/a bit over forty
五十歲左右More or less fifty (years old); about fifty
近八十歲Nearly/almost eighty (years old).
九十好幾了well over ninety (years old)
三天左右three days or so
大約200米處thousands of
好幾百hundreds of
成千上萬，千千萬萬thousands of
幾十萬hundreds of thousands of
