講解（四）：一些經(jīng)驗(yàn)不豐富的譯員在口譯過(guò)程中遇到?jīng)]聽(tīng)懂、沒(méi)有記下的內(nèi)容的時(shí)候，其緊張的情緒往往會(huì)在肢體語(yǔ)言上表現(xiàn)出來(lái)，皺眉、抓頭、吐舌頭等都是譯員常有的一些表現(xiàn)。但是譯員痛苦的思維過(guò)程、對(duì)其譯語(yǔ)產(chǎn)出的不自信會(huì)讓人一覽無(wú)余，進(jìn)而影響口譯效果。因此，職業(yè)譯員應(yīng)該具有良好的心理素質(zhì)。

A: 王醫(yī)生，早上好。非常感謝您抽出時(shí)間，能和我們講講艾滋病在中國(guó)的情況嗎？
B：HIV has become a very serious issue in the development of China. Some people are infected with HIV by accident, e.g. blood transfusion, infants from mother, or improper sex partner. Since we found the first HIV patient in China in 1985, HIV is being infected with a fast speed. It is estimated by experts that there are over 900,000 HIV virus patients by the end of last year. If we do not take any effective measures, then this number will be doubled by 2010.
A: 您認(rèn)為導(dǎo)致艾滋病急劇增長(zhǎng)的主要原因是什么？
B: First of all, it is because of poverty, a lack of education and knowledge about HIV, then a lack of common sense, paying no attention to that issue. Furthermore, it is due to a lack of training, capital, information and resources. It is reported that we haven’t found any valid medicine for HIV treatment.
